MANDATE

Shall primarily be responsible for the registration program in the local government unit concerned, pursuant to the Civil Registry Law, the Civil Code and other pertinent laws, rules  and regulations issued to implement.

VISION

To attain and  make possible the 100% registration of vital events, like: Birth, Marriage, Death and modifications thereof with accuracy,  excellence, reliability and uphold the ideals with maximum efficiency in Civil Registration and enhance productive output for maximum benefit of the public.

MISSION

The LCRO shall perform our duties and functions with the highest degree of integrity, honesty, competence and hard work to promote the governance of public interest over personal interest and value at all times, ethics, excellence and empowerment in order to achieve a clean and transparent Civil Registration.
